We specialise in properties where planning permission has previously been declined or where other specialist advice is required.
As planning permission normally lasts for 3 years from the date it is granted some clients have found this a useful factor in selling their property, leaving the purchasers to actually follow through with the project. Imagine engaging a designer, capable of empathising with and clarifying your ideas, dreams and aspirations, and who will then personally manage your very own project from the beginning, through all stages to the end, leaving you worry free. what PDG does
Our projects range from one bedroom apartments to detached six and seven bedroom homes; from contemporary to traditional, period to modern.
By reconfiguring and redefining space, we will optimise any property's potential. Using meticulous planning and attention to detail at every stage, reworking an existing floor plan can often free up, or better utilise space and create a more logical flow. An exciting new room arrangement might be all you really need, or an imaginative refurbishment. However, discussions may reveal that a dramatic extension, an entire new floor, a pool pavilion or even a whole new build will enable you to live as you aspire.
Whatever is needed, we will select, assemble and coordinate a specific team of trades and specialists tailored to meet the particular needs of your project. We will deliver value for money and can increase the value of your investment.
We also offer a bespoke design and planning advisory service if you would prefer us to get you started and then run the project yourself.
