We offer a bespoke architectural design and project management service. By reconfiguring and redefining space, we will optimise any property’s potential. We use meticulous planning and attention to detail based on PRINCE2 methodology, ensuring structure and rigour at every stage. This methodology is further explained in ‘What we do’. Add a highly imaginative creative input, and these two strands blend perfectly together in the design process.  It could be re-working an existing floor plan to free up space or create a more useful flow, or the addition of a new room, or pool pavilion, or a full extension, or even an entirely new dwelling, to create the home you require.

We also specialise in properties where planning permission has previously been refused, or where other specialist services such as light, flood and acoustic reports are needed, or where a green ecological specification is included.
As planning permission usually lasts three years from the date it is granted, some of our clients have worked with us to design an enlargement and obtain planning permission, but then sell to their purchaser, leaving them to undertake the actual work. This can add significant value without incurring undue expenditure.
